It is a magical place, where staff were clearly happy to work there and empowered. We felt pampered and looked after. A massive thanks to Toni from the restaurant, for his kind attention and innate sense of hospitality. Fantastic breakfast! Great job to all staff, from reception to cleaners!

Really convenient location for the Funicamp gondola. Excellent breakfasts and imaginative dinners. Lovely restaurant staff. Comfy beds. And an extra special thank you to the cleaning staff who kept our rooms spotless.

Please be aware that the restaurant is closed from May to November.

A big appartment and fully equiped. I realy appreciate the level of info found inside and how they managed the sejour. I had a late check in, and they organized everything for me in advance. It was very easy and confortable for me.

This place has been eye opening, BEAUTIFUL, Emiliano was our reception guy and he was above expectations, such a smart and helpful person to keep us occupied, give this guy a raise, our bartender was Rodrigo and he guided us through the city again he was just a lovely person Nico as the night reception was so nice to us, this place is just so family friendly I felt like I was part of their family.

Off-road safe underground parking, easy to find, and a typically well run clean and tidy hotel. Staff friendly, especially Elder who met us on arrival and looked after us in the bar later and in the restaurant for a very tasty and reasonably priced evening meal.
