Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, clean linens and curtains, fresh towels. Breakfast was fabulous, and the air is crystal clear. The bar has an interesting atmosphere, but swinging on the edge of the abyss was a unique and thrilling experience. Highly recommended.

The property is a small villa converted to hotel. The hotel service, cleanliness and ambiance was very good. The ladies Miss Alla and Miss Anni at the reception were very helpful and proactive in helping and guiding. Big thanks to them. Has chance to meet the property owner who was also very nice gentleman. It's a great apartment, not only beautiful, but also comfortable. The apartment has a comfortable temperature, neither cold nor hot (a rarity in Armenia). Very convenient light switches: you can turn off the light directly from the bed. There is nature all around, and on the balcony you can hear birds singing in the forest.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, but we had issues with heating. During our stay at -15°C, the windows were not insulated, allowing cold air to enter. We used the air conditioner, but it was ineffective, and the indoor temperature never went above 13°C. As a result, the home was uncomfortably cold
