everything is exactly what you’d expect and then some more. the space is deeply creative. I even thought the owners should probably be creatives in an advertising company. it turns out they are just very very creative on their own. 🙂 all details are thoughtful and make sense together and you can feel the love for beauty and fun and creativity in it all. exquisite premises, great views. great comfort. very very good cuisine. and super cool rooftop restaurant! (with an amazing dj!) and, above all, extremely nice stuff. you feel genuinely welcome. we loved it so much that on our last night there we immediately booked a follow up stay for the winter. I guess that says it all. thank you, amazing coolnest team! we look forward to visiting you again!

The hotel was excellent in every way. We were especially embraced by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. They've helped us on numerous occasions with anything we needed. Rooms, breakfast, pool, spa were all excellent.

Very spacious apartment with well equipped, compact kitchen. Two large bathrooms and the bedrooms were spacious as well. The facilities in the whole apartment were outstanding. Plenty of towels, closets for clothes, large beds, bedlinnen, etc. The location is very nice if you want to visit multiple ski resorts in the Zillertal and have a car (or taxi) at your disposal. Hoch-Zillertal/Hoch-Fugen is 9min by car, Zell am Ziller/Zillertal Arena is 15min by car, Mayrhofen is 20min by car. Walking to the ski-bus (which only drives to one specific ski-resort) or train is quite a walk on steep terrain. It's not impossible, but we were happy to use our car. Breakfast is very, very nice with a very large assortment of bread, fruit, drinks, eggs, dairy, meats and cheeses. And coffee and tea of course. All freshly prepared and served with a smile. The service by Alexandra and her team was above and beyond anything I have experienced lately. Very personal and caring. We had to leave very early (before breakfast) on our check-out day and Alexandra offered to provide us with a lunch-pack for on the road. The pack was so nice and rich that is saved us from having to stop for breakfast or lunch all together. All in all, I would highly recommend this property for anyone who would like to visit multiple different ski resorts in the Zillertal area (we visited three areas in three days), specially when they have a car available.

Close to main street but quiet. A little far from main cables, but if you have a car it’s perfect The SPA zone is a perfect relaxation after a day of skiing. Included breakfast and dinner are perfect. And the hosts really try to make it great!

We, a family of five from Sweden, had a couple of days at the Klee and we really enjoyed the visit. The apartments, the personnel, the service, the restaurant and the pool were all really, really good. The Klee is actually one of the better apartment-hotels we’ve been to. We would love to return sometime soon.

The hostess was very nice we loved her! What can you say about her she’s very pleasant and helpful and joyful . I would definitely recommend this stay and would love to come back again. The property was nice and comfortable. The room was big and cozy and clean. The breakfast was remarkable!

We had an unforgettable stay in this beautiful Alpine hotel. The host was absolutely friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home from the very first moment. The atmosphere was warm and personal, as if staying with friends. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and everything was spotless — the rooms, the facilities, all kept to the highest standard of cleanliness. Every detail was simply perfect. Oh, I don’t really know where to start. We were here during the summer and it’s just an amazing place. The hotel is located on the hill so the view from the rooms is amazing - you can see the whole valley and surrounding villages. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was super comfy and felt more like summer house than the room - there were cute rugs on the floors and beautiful curtains on the windows. The room had a big bathroom with big bathtub which was especially nice after a long drive. Also there was a nice balcony with a stunning view to the village. The breakfast was included and it was really nice - there was a good selection of different meats, cheeses and bakery, also freshly cooked eggs, both fried and boiled. We had our breakfast on the sunny terrace with an exceptional view. The hotel also has enough parking spots so it is not a concern. The closest restaurant is around 15 minutes walk downhill. Overall, we were charmed by this hotel - it was a great experience!

Absolutely perfect.. From the manager until the cleaning lady, and the waiters in the restaurant, everyone was very kind.and professional. Everything is clean, the rooms are modern and outstanding.

Only 5 minutes from the Horberg / Penken Ski Area, Emma's kleines Hotel in Ramsau in the Ziller Valley features a modern Tyrolean Boutique Hotel with traditional influence and a great sun terrace.
