Extremely kind and helpful people at the reception desk. A lovely room, ideal for a couple traveling with a dog. An excellent indoor pool and spa facility. Very good breakfast with kind staff. The location was perfect for hiking in the beautiful mountains surrounding the villages of Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis.

It was beautifully appointed and designed. Lots of hidden gems - good food in the evening. Board games. Good wines. Nice sauna. The hotel owner is very friendly and welcoming.
