On Booking.com the pictures of the apartment are 3D designs, to be honest, I was afraid it looks different in real life, but no, it looks as good as in the pictures. The interior designer did such a great job...The apartment is simply beautiful, every single detail was perfect, even if I would want to, I could not say anything negative about the apartment, we were very impressed. Besides the amazing design of the apartment, it is also very well-equipped. I don't want to go into details, but everything you might need is there. The bed was comfy, sheets, pillows, bed cover everything looked brand new. There was a nice view of the mountains from our room and even better from the balcony. The place has its own parking lot with an electric car charging option, which we used both days (even the cable was provided!) I rarely leave reviews on booking, but this place deserves it. For us it's 10/10, thanks for the great stay!

Loved EVERYTHING about Coolnest - staff was so Nice, helpful, cheerful, efficient and professional yet highly personable. The owner even engaged in a wine tasting with his guests and discussed his inspiration for the hotel. The hotel itself and the facilities are top notch, the decor was very cool and so we done, every detail done well and the all the areas from the reception area, the breakfast area, the roof top bar and restaurant, the pool the gym and yoga rooms were done so well. Not to mention the rooms that were functionally laid out perfectly with million dollar views of the zitteral valley. And did I mention all the free activities - hiking, biking, yoga, wine tasting, etc that comes free.

Fantastic hotel and the most friendly staff. New style but still has a nice and cosy feeling. Breakfast was extensive. Location is perfect in the town centre.

We spent there a fabulous week this summer. It all started with easy access and a really warm welcome. Continued at spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, every bedroom with separate bathroom. You can't expect fabulous views from the apartment, but quiet surroundings and few minutes by walk to the nearest shop, restaurant, lift or even the walking, hiking and bike routes. We are giving our full recommendation!

We would like to thanks all the staff from MalisGartern for their professional approach, especially the Calvin who was very helpful, kind and always ready to assist. Also big thanks to Anton, and also Judy our guide for hiking. She is very big professional and kind person. We spent a very nice day hiking in Tirol Alps. Also big thanks to Simone from the bar, she is big professional bartender and always prepare tasty drinks for us. The environment of the hotel is very quiet, which suits for us very well as we were looking for relax. The pool, Spa and garden were amazing and our jacuzzi on the balcony was the cherry on the top :) We would like to fully recommend this hotel and definitely will come back!

Perfect stay for hiking in the area. We had a lovely stay, and the private sauna was a great treat after a long and exhausting hike. We also got free tickets for the cabins and local bus.
