Beautiful accommodation in beautiful nature. The room was very spacious, beds really comfy, the breakfast was delicious and the free access to the spa area with saunas and whirlpool was a wonderful bonus which I had forgotten about, so it was a really nice surprise. About half an hour from Salzburg by car, so ideal if you want to explore the city but also the countryside. Would definitely recommend!

This was the best stay I had in all my Europe trip. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly; they agreed to help me check-in late and to check me out early to catch my train. It was refreshing to have my own toilet in my room. Housekeeping staff were friendly and consistent; they kept cleaning the room and emptying baskets all day. Location is perfectly set in front of the lake, and I had beautiful morning and night walks all around Sankt Gilgen in Christmas! I am definitely planning to come back in the summer.

We enjoyed delicious breakfests. Landlady was very helpful and friendly. We felt really like at home. House is surrended by nice garden and there is small playground for kids too. Our daughter spent a lot of time watching two lovely rabbits (pets) :-)

An amazing homestay with caring and welcoming hosts. We got an amazing appartment with a fully equipped kitchen, seating in the garden full of roses and a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and tidy. The location must be great for cycling. The closest lake (Hintersee) is approx. 5 km from the appartment. Othwerwise Faistenau has a bigger supermarket, bakery and a few restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosa Leitgeb. The house and area were beautiful. Rosa was very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with her very much. We had large room, bathroom, patio and use of kitchen and dining room. The breakfast was delicious and extensive and Rosa encouraged us to take anything we liked for lunch (which we did). would definitely recommend staying there and we'll be back again.
