We have arrived late in the evening and although a misunderstanding was made on room reservation, reception staff was very helpful in sorting out the problem. We switched the room the next day and everything was excellent. The hotel is quite new, with very nice and large and comfortable rooms. We have an infrared cabin in our room that we used every day after being on the ski slopes. We did travel with a small dog and staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate the pet and daily room housekeeping. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection for all tastes. Hotel has Venetia Restaurant on ground floor, which was very convenient for dinning out or order some pizza if too tired after a day of skiing. Free parking on location

Lovely location, clean and nicely designed rooms, attentive and pleasant staff, delicious food, great pool & sauna area, affordable. All in all, this hotel turned out to be a very pleasant surprise and we plan on returning.

Very nice hotel in the center of Maurach. The room and the place itself were very clean. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. Everything is near: lake, cable car, bus stop, shops. It was a very nice stay and I will come back there for sure.

The water slide and pool are fun. the sauna and wellness area are very nice. I loved that the adult meals are a plated menu (not buffet).
