Apartment looks like in the pictures. We were on summer vacation, in August, with small baby (7.5 months old). The apartment was clean, there are enough towels, soap, shower gel, toilet paper in the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. We were happy with the Nespresso coffee machine, which we didn’t see in the pictures. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient. An excellent location for trips to the lakes and mountains, as well as to the thermal baths. Nice park is next to the house. It is quiet during the day and night. We had a great rest and would like to come again.

In a south-facing location off Bad Kleinkirchheim’s main road, this guest house is 400 metres from the Maibrunnbahn and Sonnwiesenalm cable cars and the Sankt Kathrein Thermal Spa.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was surprisingly big and super clean, which made it feel very comfortable. The owner was so kind and friendly, always making sure I felt welcome. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home right away. Definitely a spot I’d love to come back to!

Very friendly owners and overall comfortable stay. Close to the slopes if you want to ski in BKK (5-7 minutes walk in ski boots), bus stop (for skiing in St.Oswald) is also reachable in ski boots. The bed and linens were comfortable, nice view from the balcony. Recommended!
