We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

Overlooking Lake Thun, the Dorint Blüemlisalp offers very spacious, south-facing rooms with a balcony and panoramic views of the Alps.

Very family friendly place! The apartment was perfect for us (two adults and two toddlers), the staff was super friendly and great with kids, and there was both inside and outside playground and a pool well suited for families. The view from our balcony was outstanding! Restaurant was great for all ages. Great hiking trails from the hotel, Interlaken was 15 min drive away and was good to visit and not more than 30-45 min drive to the cable cars from Grindelwald and Lauterbrünnen.

The location is absolutely amazing, with beautiful views from our room and the café. It was so peaceful in the evening, when most visitors had gone. And to see the lights in the valley from the top of the mountain at night, along with the moon and the stars, is truly memorable and special. The room had a cosy feel, with a lot of natural wood all around, which I really liked. The toilets and showers are communal, but the room has a sink. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfy. The gondola ride there and back, which is included, was memorable in itself. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The shower was great. Dinner would have been available, but, as we didn't know and had brought food, we didn't take up the offer.

For us it was a dream come true. It was a holiday of a lifetime. The view from the room is spectacular and luckily we arrived when it snowed and that made our stay a dream. When you sit in the chair at the window you have a look at the Jungfrau - Joch, etc. The kitchen is great. It has pots and pans, cutlery, plates and really everything you need. We brought some food with us and cooked it. The mattresses of the beds are good. We came with back pain and left without. The pain disappeared after one night and tomorrow when I am back we will immediately buy a mattress for me.

We haven't had breakfast in hotel regina. I suggestion I would like to give is they should offer bed and breakfast deal. Me and my husband booked this same hotel back in 2013 with bed and breakfast offer deal. This time we as a family booked this same hotel because of location and cleanliness and quiet away from town noise the scenic views are just beyond imagination. Mr YoYo owner of hotel is such a lovey person.

I arrived 3 hours before check-in to leave my luggage, but I was told that I could already check in because the room was ready, which made me very happy, a big plus. The rooms, bed linens, bathroom, and toilets are very clean. Each bed has a light and a socket. The hostel is modern and very comfortable, with all the amenities you need. Also, the view from the window was great !

Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area.

Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!
