The location is amazing and the staff and service was impeccable. Ski on and Ski off was so easy. For a small fee the hotel can bring you and/or your luggage from the cable car to the hotel by snow mobile which the kids really loved. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the hotel was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again. My little son said it was the best weekend package and skiing he has had.

Great location and views. Very caring hosts who were easily reachable. Well equipped apartment and kitchen with all required amenities. Covered garage parking was a plus especially in winter. Cosy and comfortable beds and furniture. Extremely clean and well-maintained.

Such beautiful views, so close to bus stops, room very clean and spacious, had great restaurant and the staff were so nice and helpful and friendly, had house keeping daily too.

Continental breakfast was very good with many options Staff Very welcoming especially Sophi and Susanne. Bedroom was beautifully decorated….the bed was extremely comfortable with quality bedding. The en-suite was fabulous. The whole room was spotlessly clean… The hotel is within ten minutes walk of the beautiful lake Lucerne….. Bus route and local supermarket are two minutes away.. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel

Our one-night stay was truly unforgettable. The spa was outstanding. Very nice typical small hotel "alpine style" close to the Lake of 4 Cantons". Owners very nice and acconìmodating. Great breakfast! Free parking in front of the structure. I enjoyed my stay a lot!
