The auberge is wonderful, has everything you need, the staff is very nice and try to help in everything you ask. The place is beautiful. The food in the restaurant is the best I had in a long time and the breakfast was simple but realy tasty, all very good ingredientes.

Set in Les Diablerets, within 37 km of Musée National Suisse de l'audiovisuel, Chambre d'hôtes L'ours Bleu is an accommodation offering quiet street views.

The hosts were extremely welcoming, I've never experienced anything like it. It felt like you were staying in your own chalet with friends and family and they offered freshly cooked meals and breakfast. If you are a couple planning a few quiet days in the Swiss mountains, this is definitely the place to go, no doubt about it!

It’s difficult to explain our feelings in this place, in fact, this place could perfectly be our “house in Switzerland” (maybe impossible for a hotel or another kind of place) Pauline and Pierre are absolutely indescribable, their kindness, hospitality, happiness and positive vibes not only represent a couple of good hosts but also an example of how the people have to work in this kind of business. Pauline, you’re a fantastic woman, your strength and dedication are truly difficult to find and is a motivation for all the couples like us Pierre, despite of the great level of your wife, your absolutely amazing as well, your pieces of advice for everything, your generosity and your determination are another reason to come back and see you. This hotel is a real gem of Diablerets! Many thanks to Francis for his unrivaled hospitality, thanks to which we felt at home. We were given a tour of the whole hotel, shown around and even given the choice of a room (wow!), it was really great! Very clean and comfortable room with a stunning view from the balcony (see the photos attached, 0 filters! :) ). The hotel has a kitchen where we could make ourselves tea or heat up food at any time. Amazing breakfasts, plenty of choice, everything is great! Francis, once again a big thank you!

The location couldn't be better. Right behind the building, there's a small train that takes you through picturesque mountains to the slopes within minutes. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable (the beds in particular) and has a large balcony with a wonderful view of the surrounding winter wonderland. I see myself coming back throughout the year for hiking, wine tastings, and musical festivals as well. The place is up to modern standards while maintaining a nice mountain feel.
