Everything worked sufficiently as planned and expected. Though named a "hotel" it was more like guests hosted in a holiday home. The Swiss charm envelopes the property, very comfortable for what it is. Thank you to the property owners, much appreciate your efforts in keeping it up in its current form, considering its long history.

Gorgeous communal areas - beautifully decorated for Christmas - great facilities for children/teens Amazingly helpful staff - Fabian the receptionist who helped us with bags as we were short of time and the concierge were busy, and the concierge staff who run the navette shuttle service out to other restaurants in the village Booked a double room and got upgraded to a fabulous suite. We had a fantastic stay at Le Nid d’Aigle in Leysin! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking — stunning mountain scenery all around, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The location is quiet and serene, yet just a short walk to the center of Leysin, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and cable cars. Ideal for both winter and summer activities. Communication with the host was excellent — very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend Le Nid d’Aigle for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic stay in the Alps. Would definitely come back!
