Great property location, next to the lake and great mountains view. The staff is very kind, polite and helpful. You can enjoy tasty and well served breakfast in the hotel restaurant with wonderful view on the lake and mountains. The room was small, but clean and cozy. The hotel was very quiet. On the first floor is a cafe/restaurant is open from 17-21, so you can enjoy a delicious dinner in the evening. Definitely recommend this place, good price and wonderful location.

We just loved our time in this appartment and we definitely recommend it! - extremely clean, with everything mostly new, of good quality, and nothing missing, as well as nicely decorated. Isabel is very nice and had anticipated every possible need. The flat is very comfortable (with comfy double bed, great sofa & kitchen space, nice & clean bathroom / good internet connection ) and seemed to us bigger than the indicated 30 m2 and bigger than on the pictures! There is also the outside extension with sitting/eating area, that can also be used in case of rain as it is protected / covered above. Lines of trees separate from the other neighbours properties, so you have your own space outside. The neighbouring area is quiet and nice. The private covered garage (shared with neighbours) is in the same private building, to which you can have access just from the main road, this is so convenient and secure. Also, you are not immediately on the lake shore, and the neighbouring house doesn't allow a direct view on it, but the lake shore is so near, at a few steps/minutes walking distance (via a little road under the train line), with a beach bar where to have a drink or a snack. Also there is a little shop nearby (called VOLG) to do some food shopping, also open on Sundays. The train line is not far but not many trains/ and anyway we didn't hear much and it does not disturb at all. It was great to come back to the quiet flat & relaxing lake, after busy day hiking in mountains/ or after visits of Interlaken (at about 9 km) and Bern (47 km). Thank you Isabel for your kindness and professionalism! this was a great choice for quality/pricing in the area. / we had no time to test TV - and we didn't miss it! ___ I am adding pictures :)

The Eiger Guesthouse blew us away. This was our first time in Switzerland and it could not have been any better. The room was incredible, the view was breathtaking and the entire staff couldn’t have taken better care of us. We are planning to return during ski season and will definitely be staying there again.

All the instructions were given to us in advance, the key was already in a safe and since there was no formal check in process hence there was no wait for documentation etc. Immediately got in to a clean apartment, proper kitchen and all the stuff you might need for a good stay was already there in the cupboards.

Trust the title as the view is indeed breathtaking! The apartment is located right in front Straumbachfall, Lauterbrunnen’s most famous waterfall. There is literally nothing between the balcony and the waterfall! It is close to all the restaurants, supermarket and a lovely 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is charming, very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen has all the necessary supplies and is very modern. The beds are all we need to relax after a busy day discovering the region. The communication with the owner was impeccable . We received all the necessary information for checking in, getting the key, and checking out. During our stay, he supported us on additional requests and was open to give us more information about the region and what to do around. We were also able to leave our luggage at the place before check in and after check out, and that allowed us to enjoy the region until the last minute of the trip.
