Loved our stay here! The staff (all of them) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel and its surrounding are absolutely stunning. The outdoor pool is gorgeous! The breakfast was also really good. Shoutout to the friendly Slovakian waiter that used to work in Malta!

My third time here as I like it so much. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming and think of everything to make your stay very enjoyable and comfortable. My room was lovely...large, very good bathroom and balcony, window boxes with geraniums, superb view of the Wildstrubel, very comfortable bed, plenty of storage for clothes. Extra little touches like a chocolate in your room each night and you can make a hot drink downstairs in the evening. Wonderful breakfast with local products. It's a lovely quiet location in a traditional Swiss house, extremely relaxing, very close to bus stop, the lovely Cafe Kuhnen and Betelberg gondola. You feel very refreshed and relaxed after staying at the Alpina and Lenk is the best centre for walking that I've been to in Switzerland and I have been to many places! Wonderful staying at the Alpina and excellent value for money. I had 11 nights here..it is delightful.

The room was very spacious with a great view. The breakfast was simple and good. Very cosy atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and kind. Especially Sonia who took care of every detail and question we had, and was very considerate, She even helped us with train booking. The place is very welcoming , we had a fantastic stay, I truely recommend !

Super helpful/ caring staff (I had a sprained ankle and they helped me get around (carrying my baggage) and with my booking + after check out they drove me to the city center) I am very thankful for that! Otherwise it was a sweet hotel (nice ambience), very clean and had lot's of good features (a beautiful swimming area, a billard table and even windows to a horse riding hall next door. + the breakfast was pretty good/ tasty :P.
