A lovely hotel in a good location.It was comfortable for us to get there in 1 minute from the train station.There is no noise from trains.There is a cafe downstairs and there are many shops nearby, a hairdresser, etc. Everything is new and fresh.The bathtub in the bathroom is low, which is very convenient for people with musculoskeletal problems, and very wide, which is convenient for overweight people.The breakfast restaurant is very comfortable, beautiful and delicious.There is food for everyone, both for children and adults.

Hotel Alpina occupies a charming historic building right next to the Lucerne Train Station and the KKL Convention Centre. The Chapel Bridge is just a 3-minute walk away.

Everything! Very close to the train station, however, still very quiet. A few steps from the old town. View to Mt.Pilatus. Super clean.

A very nice hotel with a nice view on the luzern and the lake, the personnel was very kind and helpful, room is nice and spacious, too bad we could only stay one night, since it was full for the rest of the time. Restaurant is also very good quality, we enjoyed a nice dinner. Hope to be able to visit them again and stay longer.

Amazing place!! Claudia our host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and gave us great recommendations. The location is just stunning 😍😍😍 and we loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchen utensils and equipment yiu could imagine - just like our kitchen at home!! Perfect 😁

We stayed at Niederbauen room, and has a stunning view of the mountain and lake. The room is very spacious and clean, there is a balcony, sofa, and a spa bath. The pillow was too soft for me, but they have a pillow & duvet menu (yes, you read it right - PILLOW AND DUVET Menu!!), so you can request which pillow you preferred. Staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. Highly recommend this accommodation!
