The Eiger Guesthouse blew us away. This was our first time in Switzerland and it could not have been any better. The room was incredible, the view was breathtaking and the entire staff couldn’t have taken better care of us. We are planning to return during ski season and will definitely be staying there again.

Fantastic views, fantastic staff, went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Sara was a gem. She picked us up from the cable car, and I really didn't think the car would make it up to the mountain with us all on board, but she drove like a pro. I can't give any more praise for the place. Last evening in Eiger Hotel, Murren. First time here, skiing holiday with my two grown up children. I was expecting to stay in a nice, clean hotel, good breakfast and all amenities. But the place appeared to be so much more! On our first evening we were met at the station and taken to our room. The kitchen managed to squeeze us in, despite the late hour. We were tired, having arrived late as our flight was delayed. Meeting us and feeding us was a lovely welcome. Beautiful hotel, very clean and friendly, good breakfast and dinner, very good wine card. Great location, Murren is a quaint little fairy tale village. The hotel is run by a family' nth generation, which is, sadly, so rare these days! But here owners are working together with the hotel staff every day. It was so heartwarming and wonderful to see that. Thank you!

The Sonnenberg dormitories was simply enchanting, a place so beautiful it left me overwhelmed. The staff and the manager were incredibly warm and welcoming, making my stay genuinely enjoyable. I am deeply grateful for the experience. And the food? It was delicious!

The bed is very comfortable. The view from the room is good. The breakfast is hearty. The staff are friendly.
