A modern and modernly furnished hotel. The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Service was professional and attentive, check-in was quick. Parking in the underground garage with a lift was convenient and there were plenty of spaces. Excellent restaurant, but for dinner reservations are required even if you are a hotel guest, otherwise it is very likely that you will not succeed.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location, the facilities, attention to detail and overall the care, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We had a great stay at the Valbella Resort. Very friendly staff, great rooms, well furnished both in the rooms but also in the public area like the bar. Impressive spa on several floors, great breakfast buffet.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Residenz Alte Post. Our group of four booked a two-bedroom apartment, which was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The staff were extremely warm and took every opportunity to whole heartedly embrace their guests. Nadine is a treasure, a kind delightful soul. She was patient and informative, helping our party book train tickets to the airport. Dinner was a remarkable experience with every bite delivering pure delight. My highest compliments to the chef, whose culinary talent is evidenced by the rich, generous flavours of every dish. Would I recommend the Residenz Alte Post? Without a doubt! Quite frankly, missing out on this hotel would be a real shame, it is a treasure trove.
