I booked a weekend ski trip for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by making my husband a personalized birthday cake. The way they arranged everything was both personal and professional, showing genuine care for their guests. They also helped us book a restaurant in town, going the extra mile to communicate with the restaurant to secure a table for us, even when they were previously fully booked Restaurant: Clean, modern, and absolutely delicious—a perfect place to refuel after a day on the slopes. In the middle of nowhere, there is the paradise on earth. An hotel in the center of a beautiful village surrounded by magnificent mountains. Haven of peace where everything is settled. Very warm welcome. You immediately feel at home here. The staff is very kind. The rooms are beautiful. Mountain style decoration with a little modernism, it's very cozy. The garden with the chairs around the SPA and the swimming pool is beautifully maintained. The restaurant's menus are incredible and you can have one of the dishes as “ à la carte” very appreciating . The food is excellent. This small hotel was a stopover on our trip. A coincidence which makes things good because we will come back 💯. We love this place. So quiet. Very nice hikes with free tickets from the hotel.

Really great location and a great space. We were able to use the pool in the building which was a bonus. It had everything we needed and Steph was a great host. Would return and would definitely recommend!

We quickly felt at home in Stefania's appartment, we had everything we needed and slept like babies. :) All the more with the convenience of a hotel, the shuttle to the Laax Talstation, the ski cellar, the wellness/sauna area. The restaurant downstairs "s’nani" was very good (and a bit pricey), and in case we needed, the coop pronto across the street. We had all very clear instructions for self check-in&out from Stefania and great communication, although technically we did return the keys a bit late 😅
