What an exceptional and lovely place to stay! The dutch owners are an amazing and caring couple, made our stay more personal with their good vibe. The breakfast and the coffee was plenty and delicious. The view is outstanding both from the room and the cantine. Perfect location for visiting Zermatt by car/train. We can't imagine a better place to stay!

The property location was breath taking! Walking up to beautiful views for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday. Bastian the host was exceptional throughout this booking getting back to any of my enquiries and even set up a surprise balloon decoration and bottle of bubbly on arrival. Couldn’t recommend enough!

when I booked to stay there, I just wanted a place to sleep one night, but what I got was a wonderful experience. Heinz is an amazing person, who love to share his knowledge, which is so many. I really recommend to everyone to stay there. Its not just a "Bed" to sleep, is a really nice experience. I recommend to go there with enough time to discover the museum in his place and his stamp collection. A fun fact is that he can speak many languages, what is really cool. Btw, he speaks Portuguese very well. Thank you Heinz! Luma and Vinicius :)))

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had, everything was great from our arrival. We were welcomed with a glass of wine in the sofa by the chimney during check in. We then stayed for excellent dinner at their restaurant La Torre - delicious pasta and tiramisù. Breakfast was abundant, with homemade cake, warm crunchy bread, and a cook who prepared eggs on the spot - would recommend the omelette. Staff members were really friendly! After a day of skiing in Zermatt, we could relax at the spa area, which was quiet and very well equipped (2 dry saunas, 1 humid sauna, jacuzzis, showers, an area for reading). Wish we would have stayed longer at this great hotel! Promised ourselves we will be back soon - grazie, merci for the stay Grächerhof!
