The location is amazing! If you don't have a car, make sure the cable car is functional, because the lodge is up the mountain from the village and there's no way to get up there on your own, except with the cable car. The spa & sauna make a relaxing retreat after a hike up the mountain. The cows are close to the lodge and their bells make a beautiful symphony.

Was not expecting much from this place based on the reviews on tripadvisor But the property was very cosy , clean and well located We took the family room and it was spacious Mr Dinh was very kind and dinner was very good

All the staff was excellent, smiling and very attentive. Almost everyone speaks at least German, French and English. The facilities are great, and despite the size of the hotel, you can feel a personal approach towards the guests.
