First of all: so warm, helpfull and freindly hosts and staff. Amazing people working there! Great location, with stunning view. Room, showerooms and toilets were very clean, with all basic things you need. Showers were limited with time (3 minutes) because of ecological reasons - which we fully support! So for us it was not a problem at all, but maybe for some people may be..? We chose dubleroom with bathroom outside, with the window on the side of the building - the room hasn't got the "main", amazing view, but anyhow the view was cool - just from the other side of Serak. You try to catch a room with main view and bathroom - then you will feel as in the great hotel! Kitchen are serving super-tasty meals and you can choose from many options. Breakfast is ok - with some consummate and sweet options. But you have to hurry up to get what you want if it is crawded. We wanted to check in later and it was not a problem at all!

This is a cozy villa on the bank of a mountain stream near the hotel complex and ski lifts. The villa has several separate apartments. There is barbecue equipment in the yard. A Finnish sauna is available. You just need to reserve it in advance. Keep in mind that it takes 1-1.5 hours to heat it up. Tip: when using Google navigator, do not focus on the address of the accommodation. It is better to enter the search for "vila Kouty" or "Bar Lyžárna".

Loved my stay at Hotel Singer where I took my mom for a birthday treat. Room was spacious and very comfortable, unbelievably quiet at night and staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. I will definitely go back again. Thank you to all at Singer for a lovely stay and care.
