This is a cozy villa on the bank of a mountain stream near the hotel complex and ski lifts. The villa has several separate apartments. There is barbecue equipment in the yard. A Finnish sauna is available. You just need to reserve it in advance. Keep in mind that it takes 1-1.5 hours to heat it up. Tip: when using Google navigator, do not focus on the address of the accommodation. It is better to enter the search for "vila Kouty" or "Bar Lyžárna".

Great spot on 1007 meters above the sea level; stunning views (sunrise and sunsets especially); awesome landscapes and mountain paths around. Really nice clean room with a awesome valley view. Clean. Convenient beds. good variety breakfast ( scramble or boild eggs; hot sousages; wide selection on cold cuts and cheeses, fruits , jams and honey etc and good coffee) - and such a breakfast eaten with a stunning mountain view. Great location, it is really the peaceful countryside. There are nice ski slopes around, I guess people go there a lot in winter time, too. Kraliky, Branna are close to X-Park and Dolni Morava is just 30 mins by car. The apartman was suitable for our needs, we also opted for continental breakfast. It was hearty at a reasonable price.
