Staff were very helpful when there was a mistake in the room allocation. We loved the wellness room we ended up in, and the facilities in the wellness area were fantastic. Location is lovely, tucked up in the hill away from the town. We wish we stayed for longer!

Very cozy stylish beautiful apartment. Has everything you need in the kitchen and in general. A lot of coffee, tea, salt, sugar. Impressive view from the window. Very recommended!

I had an amazing stay! Everything was absolutely perfect. The wellness facilities were outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Great location about a 10/15 min walk to the slopes. Everything was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed even a dishwasher!! Easy check in.

The apartments are located in one of the most beautiful areas of the resort and the view from the balcony was wonderful. Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a very modern design and a well-equipped kitchen. We appreciated the large variety of TV channels, both local and international ones. Each apartment had a parking spot in the underground garage and the staff gladly helped us with every question or request.

Pension Bystřenka is situated in Špindlerův Mlýn, 16 km from Bus Stop Strážné, and a terrace and a shared lounge are accessible in-house.
