The room was clean, everything new, really nice.

The host was great! We got instructions on the best way to the city, where to eat, what to see. Also, the equipment and toys for kids! The room was as in the pictures, beds were comfy and overall the place was very clean and tidy.

Very friendly and helpful staff, my motorcycle battery died after a very cold night and they found a mechanic who gave me a hand on a Sunday morning. Large bathroom, great shower, large bed and sofa. There is nice cafe in the building where you can chill out, play board games and have a delicious cake with your coffee. Location is slightly out of the city, but it is a pleasant walk along the river. Quiet place very close to open air swimming pools and nature.

Hotel Horal pleasantly surprised us. Firstly, the service here is at an amazing level. I don't know what they've done here, but the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and will spend an extra minute or two of their time explaining everything to you and answering your questions, even engaging in a brief conversation with you. This applies to everyone across the hotel (reception, wellness, restaurant). It's a pity that this isn't the standard across the whole Czech Republic, at least in 4-star hotels. Furthermore, the food here is great; we had burgers, both fish dishes, soup, and everything was excellent. The rooms are not completely modern, but nicely clean and well-maintained, plus spacious, which I really appreciate! The same goes for the bathroom. Finally, the wellness facilities are unbelievable; everyone will find something for themselves. Truly top-notch facilities, everything well thought out. Simply put, complete satisfaction. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

Staying at AGH hotel felt like coming home, even though it is away from home! We were very warmly welcomed by the receptionist Natalie with her warm smile and high quality check-in procedure, quite fast but still very accurate and guest friendly. Check-in is guaranteed from 3PM. We arrived early but we could comfortably store our luggage to check in later. In the late afternoon we returned to the hotel to collect our room key and bring our luggage to the room. Thanks to the General Manager Simona and receptionist Natalie, we were so lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Large Double Room (#312) with a very spacious balcony overlooking the terrace of the hotel. The room was spacious, had comfortable beds, nice bathroom with shower and the room was nice and clean. A standard iron and board were also in the closet so we didn't have to contact the Front Desk. In the late afternoon we had dinner in the restaurant with friends, started of with a selection of appetizers (the home made potato chips with garlic dip is a MUST choose! SO delicious) , a nice bottle of local Czech Chardonnay and ended with delicious main courses. We were served by the waiter Kamill and he was excellent! Very friendly, experienced and always serving with a smile. In the evening I went down and asked for a kettle to boil hot water, instead of only a kettle I received an entire package with lemons, sugar and cookies, excellent service! Breakfast we ordered as roomservice. Very extensive and delicious. The check-out by Nela, the next morning was very friendly, warm and professional, served with a constant smile! Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, this is a hotel where you should stay for at least a couple of nights! Simona, Natalie, Nela, Kamill and all the other staff that we didn't meet, thank you all so much for giving us an excellent stay! For a next visit I will definitely book AGH hotel again! It’s a great place for families, the kids really enjoy the playground, the pub downstairs provides amazing local food , all handmade, best local food I ever had. The owners welcome is so warmly like families, I can’t recommend more to this apartment to my friends. The town has a great open door museum where you can enjoy the local culture, music, food etc.

The person in charge of restaurant and hotel was excellent ! Superb ! Breakfast which was made by the same person was just amazing, made my day :-) , delicious omellet :-)

very good continental breakfast, nice room with terrace, good location: the center is very close to reach by foot through the park. Open-air museum nearby and right in front of the hotel there is the bus station for the bus to pustevny
