We loved that the room was really big, light and spacious. The table and chairs were very useful for organising our belongings and there was loads of wardrobe space and hooks for jackets and bags. The views of the valley and Watzmann were incredible. It was also great to have a really big cold fridge downstairs for guest use. Wish everywhere had this to keep water and packed lunches for hikes cold. We planned our Alpine Route journey in a hurry and hadn't even realised that the famous picturesque St Sebastian Church was next door to the accommodation. We also loved the spa garden, saline inhalation shed and Kneipp water treading pool nearby. The food at the restaurant was so good- would highly recommend the Majes with potato salad it was huge and very tasty. The breakfast was also great, delicious meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, rolls, butter, jam and you could help yourself to tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers which I love having with breakfast. Would definitely come back to stay here on our next visit to the Alps.

The landscape is magnificent and peaceful. Ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature and be their starting point for an excursion. Room super-clean and spacious, the breakfast satisfying enough (fresh baked breads, marmelades and fresh fruits). Perfect location. Close to Konigssee, shops, restaurants, public transport. The room was large and had plenty of space in the wardrobe and the view was spectacular. The breakfasts were fantastic. There was so much to choose from. The cooked breakfast was perfect and especially the fruit salad and different jogurts. Could not ask for more.
