Quiet, cozy place, swimming pool. Very friendly hosts, we found a delicious surprise in the room, they treated us to a great authentic dinner from that region. The accommodation has everything you need for a longer stay: a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a washing machine. Towels and bedding for an additional fee. There is no air conditioning, but it is not needed, because in the summer the house is cool enough. I definitely recommend it to those who like mountains, because there are places to visit around.

What a lovely hotel. Staff were all so pleasant. The restaurant was excellent. Our Indian waiter was just perfect. He was friendly yet professional and served with utter precision. You don't get such service these days. Food and wine were superb too. The room was lovely. I will definitely go there again.

This apartment is in a residential block next to the 'Auberge de la Foret' (closed when we were there). Our hostess gave us instructions over the phone - our entrance was round the back, where a small gate opened onto a small outside area with tables and chairs. The apartment was on 2 levels - the main L-shaped room had a well-equipped kitchen, dining table and bar stools, and a comfortable sofa. Upstairs was a mezzanine with bedroom and en-suite bathroom. With the heating on, it was soon very cosy on a wet autumn evening. The next day we drove to Lake Thorenc (not far). We didn't have time to do the walk in the forest but we spent an enjoyable hour walking around the lake, learning about the river and types of fishing from information boards along the way.

The accomodations was amazing. Everything was great, beautiful and in excellent condition. It was our best accomodations in Europe last ten years. The kitchen was great, all sleeping rooms were great including air condition. Great bathroom. And above all those nice point there were amazing whirlpool bath wauuu, it was something, definitely recommend to everybody. Our family score is 10 from 10. Fully recommend to everybody. Beautiful apartment, clean and lovely interior. Sophia very quick to respond if you had any question. We had 35 degrees outside, but the apartment felt fresh and cool during day and night, which made it very convenient. Definitely a place we could come back to.
