Everything was top and above our expectations! It is a hidden gem very close to Bozen (cable car every 4 minutes into Bozen free of charge!) Everybody was very nice and always there to help us. Sauna area and outside pool (heated!) were super!

We had an incredible stay at this charming, family-run hotel. With only about 17 rooms, it offers an intimate, peaceful atmosphere—exactly what we were looking for. Each room has a beautiful view, and the quiet surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind. The personal touch from the owners and staff really sets this place apart. You can tell they care deeply about their guests' experience. The on-site restaurant is a highlight in itself: delicious food, a fantastic wine list, and a terrace that overlooks stunning scenery. Dining here was a true pleasure every night. The location is ideal—right inside the park, which made it easy for us to explore nearby trails and fully immerse ourselves in nature. After our hikes, the spa area provided a perfect way to relax and recharge. On top of all that, it’s an excellent value for the quality of experience you get. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely welcome we arrived quite late.Joanne the receptionist waited specially for us. Helped us even with cases😊 Because we missed dinner she organised a nice cold platter. Which was plenty and very tasty. Food is very good. Buffet breakfast very tasty lots of choice. Dinner's are amazing every evening 5 course menu served at the table by very friendly staff. The salad buffet as starter very very good infact amazing. So are the next courses. Hotel is run by family Mayr. Papa and Son in the kitchen dishing out beautiful food.Mama with daughter Eva in the restaurant very friendly looking after guests. Always very helpful and nothing is too much. Eva speaks very good English so that was a great help. Rooms are lovely clean and comfortable. Great beds good mattress. Lovely balcony overlooking beautiful Dolomites. Defenatly would be coming again.

We stayed at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa in late spring, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is officially 4-star, but the service feels every bit like 5-star – the staff are truly outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, making it perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The food was another highlight – beautifully presented and delicious at every meal. The wellness area is well designed, and the saunas are a real treat, especially after a long hike. However, the pools were a bit too cold for comfort. Unless you're visiting on a hot and sunny day, swimming isn’t quite as relaxing as it could be – which is a bit of a shame in such a serene setting. Still, the overall experience more than made up for it. We would happily return, especially for the exceptional hospitality and unforgettable surroundings.

Loved the facilities and the spa was exceptional. We loved the pool and the sound room on an evening to watch the sunset or lightening if you are lucky enough to get a storm. Staff were brilliant and we enjoyed the wine and food.

This familial hotel was a great experience ! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and provided info about the buses and ski lifts in the area, as well as complimentary tickets. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, with a great view on the mountains. The breakfast was generous, with a lot of options. We also enjoyed the hotel bar and their selection of local drinks and homemade ice-cream. The hotel is well situated within Castelrotto, with private parking and a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. It is a very good spot to stay at to explore the area (Alpe di Siusi, Seceda and Ortisei). The price of the room was also very fair, considering the quality of the overall experience. We highly recommend this establishment for anyone wishing to explore the Alto Adige region !
