The staff were incredible and so attentive, and extra nice to our dog. Such care in the details and great restaurant - the food was excellent. The spa was good, and the area lovely. Will definitely come back!

Very nice interiors and big bedrooms. Main with TV, blinds etc. The mattress is also very comfortable. Would have loved a firmer pillow but that's also a personal preference. The kitchen is well equipped and has a nice balcony. Location is central for anything Biella and around. No parking issues in it's street.
