The host was very friendly and welcoming, and you could tell the hotel was run with care, love and attention to detail. The hotel is in a lovely, peaceful setting at the top of the village, with gorgeous views to the surrounding mountains. The wellness area is highlight, with two saunas, a fabulous relaxation room and a large outside decked area, which leads up into the surrounding forest. Towels are provided and you can get drinks to aid your relaxation! Our room was clean, comfortable & spacious with 2 balconies and a large, cosy seating area. We were upgraded to a suite, which was kind. The restaurant serves a wonderful, varied buffet breakfast and a deliciois 5 course dinner, using local produce. The food offering felt healthier than some of the other places we stayed in Italy too!

We had an amazing stay at Stern BnB during our skiing holidays! The hotel is a perfect blend of Alpine charm and modern elegance—everything was spotlessly clean and felt fresh. The rustic yet stylish decor, especially the plates and cups, added a cozy, nostalgic touch. Breakfast was a real treat, featuring delicious local specialties like speck and cheeses. One of the highlights was the self-service bar, where we could mix cocktails, enjoy a beer, and relax in the beautiful lounge filled with books. After a day on the slopes, the wellness area was a true delight—sauna, steam room, and the pool made for the perfect après-ski relaxation. The staff was wonderful, both at reception and during breakfast service—friendly, professional, and welcoming. We also loved learning that the hotel has been in the same family for over 100 years, which made our stay feel even more special. Highly recommend Stern BnB for anyone looking for a cozy, stylish, and relaxing ski retreat! We will definitely return.

This accommodation was very comfortable in beautiful surroundings. The hotel provided everything we needed, and we appreciated having the pool towels already in our room. The restaurant meals were delicious, and we were impressed with the selection and quality of the food; the restaurant itself was also very spacious, bright and relaxing. I had a great stay here after my hike, the rooms were very clean and spacious with comfy bed. The owner was extremely helpful in letting me borrow her computer as my phone broke. She was a lifesaver. The buffet breakfast was also sensational! And also in a really good location. Thank you!!
