Very clean rooms, modern facility, great host. You can use room key to go to underground parking garage which takes you directly to the room with elevator. Nice garden with fews chickens and seating area. Lovely views. Very short walk to the center. They have laundry facility as well.

Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

Carolina was so kind to us! She allowed us to check in late, and her hospitality was excellent! The accommodation was beautiful and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. location was fantastic! We would definitely stay again

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is located in a quiet place. the breakfast and restaurant are awesome. Very generous hotel that makes sure you feel full for dinner and breakfast. ask for a cup of hot chocolate they give us a full pot to share. the hotel's dog is super cute and friendly.

The location was excellent, staff were delightful. Close to the bus stop (free bus pass with the hotel) and the centre of town. Easy to get to the cable cars for seceda and Alpe di siusi.
