The stay at La Chance Hotel was excellent value for money could not of wished for anything more out of our stay. With booking a skiing trip for a group, the correspondence from the staff; in particular André in order to purchase ski passes and rent out skiing gear provided by the hotel was very much appreciated. The hotel provide a storage department near the skiing platform which is an extra bonus, we were all too happy to leave out equipment there instead of going back with it to the hotel each day. The spa facilities are also very good, and the massage on the Friday night after a week on the slopes was incredible. Good spread provided each morning for breakfast, starting at 8am thus on the slopes well before 9am.

From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Stefan was incredibly helpful, checking webcams each morning to recommend the best places to explore. Veronica and Alessandro also provided valuable tips that made our trip even more memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Stefan, Veronica, Elisa, Alessandro, and the entire team.
