Everything was top and above our expectations! It is a hidden gem very close to Bozen (cable car every 4 minutes into Bozen free of charge!) Everybody was very nice and always there to help us. Sauna area and outside pool (heated!) were super!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! It was my birthday and they bought breakfast to our suite and gave us a cake - very sweet touch and much appreciated! The room was beautiful, especially the bath outside and the private sauna. Truly beautiful hotel great stay.

We felt welcomed from the first moment on and really enjoyed our stay at Gfell - starting from the super comfy beds and the incredible views, to the delicious breakfast and the well equipped sauna. Exclusive, luxurious vibes from check in to check out. Staff were lovely and helpful. Loved the facilities - sauna, pool and music room. Room size was good, we had a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was lovely and one of the best we’ve had in Italy.

Everything! The location was not too touristy and acted as a good base for us to access to the attractions. The staff made us feel very welcomed and was extremely helpful with recommendations. We also got complementary bus passes which lasted for 7 days! Room was clean and spacious, and we got a double room facing the main road and benefitted from a cool mountain view. Breakfast was included which included a variety of bread and cereal. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect. The lodge is beautiful, well laid out and perfectly designed with everything you could need for a stay. Hosts were so accommodating and friendly, we felt right at home! The pool was amazing, the perfect temperature for a little child or an evening dip when the sun is down.
