We arrived after hours, got instruction how to get a key to the room. Everything was clean and tidy and set perfectly to maximum comfort. we wanted to stay an additional day as we really enjoyed it, unfortunetly our beloved dog got ill and we cancled the rest of our holiday and went home, the staff was really understanding of the situation and we are greatfull for that.

Everything was perfect ! The room was very clean with a great view. The food was very delicious and the whole staff was very nice and friendly! The spa was also very clean and calming ! The location of the hotel is very close to the ski area. Definitely recommend it !

We felt welcomed from the first moment on and really enjoyed our stay at Gfell - starting from the super comfy beds and the incredible views, to the delicious breakfast and the well equipped sauna.
