Room, great design. Best onsen. Breakfast and dinner were set menu very good for us but our daughters not enjoy. Excellent staffs. Locker for ski and snowboard. I think if hotel could offer 2 types of breakfast or dinner would be great ie Japanese and European since some guests like my daughters would enjoy more European food.

Very beautiful place and super friendly staff

The completely non-smoking Milky House is just 200 metres from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort, where there is a direct bus stop from Chitose Airport.

This hotel is just amazing as it is. The rooms are lovely, the food is extremely nice and very tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is right by the ski slopes, exceptional. We loved it and definitely will return next year.

Epic house is new and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is accessible to many ski areas and I’d suggest you hire a vehicle to get around. The owner is Yoshi and he runs a ski hire / lessons from the first level. Don’t worry about noise or disturbance, there wasn’t any. He made our stay a memorable one. Thank you Yoshi.

Ski in ski out, pod accommodation. The whole lodge is well set up with ski lockers, coffee shop/restaurant. Beautiful clean and warm bathrooms. Lockers and bathrooms are on the ground floor, so you can access during the day. The pods are modern and cosy, very quiet, loads of storage space. Excellent buffet breakfast. A safe in the pod for valuables was terrific.

The hotel is really amazing, the view is really breathtaking so close to Mount Yodei. also the service in here is really great, thanks to Coboushi’s owner and instagram admin for being a very helpful and giving us the best room with an amazing view. My son was so enjoy playing snow at every corner of the house. Really reccomend this hotel yet giving us the feeling like dream home 🩷🙏🏻

This is a lovely designer villa. Surrounded by mountains of fresh snow, the place feels absolutely magical. Efficient communication with the hosts. Well-appointed kitchen. Delicious coffee beans provided! Even a roofed place for your car so that you don't have to remove the snow in the morning! Highly recommended.

Breakfast was excellent, with western and Japanese options. Service overall was kind and efficient. The location cannot be beat as the lift is seconds from the property and the village is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
