Food was excellent and welcoming. Only difficulty was knowing how to get there. It was not clear nor was it clear how close the ice festival/sculpture was to the facility. Suprisingly close to ice sculptures and surprisingly seamless transportation to and from facility. However, it was not clear they had transportation to facility and it was diff to figure it out.

Location is really good, easy access to airport, a lot good food, and the ambient is really nice! Room is bigger than i thought, and the bed is damn comfortable.

Best hotel of entire trip. 3 minutes walk to train station. Good amenities in hotel. Excellent service, reasonable sized rooms.

Only 1 night spent to get to the airport early. Hotel had a free shuttle service to Chitose Airport.

Perfect location - a few minutes' walk to Lake Shikotsu and the Visitor Centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner featured local ingredients and the after-dinner gelato was delicious!

Amazing onsen both in the room and public, stunning lake view from the lounge, free tea and croissants that were not even advertised, shuttle to JR station, just generally a very elegant and cozy vibe. One of the best ryokans I ever stayed at.

Inn Chitose Ekimae is a 5-minute walk from Chitose Train Station. It offers modern accommodation, free parking and free internet.

The hotel breakfast here is amazing. Best one I had in my 10 day Japan trip. Location is great. Nice to have parking available on-site too
