Our stay at Susanna and Age's coastal villa in Svolvaer was nothing short of magical. The property boasts a stunning cliffside location offering panoramic ocean vistas from nearly every room, with sunrise views over the sea that belong on a postcard. The interior showcases impeccable Scandinavian design - clean lines, plush furnishings, and thoughtful details that reveal the hosts' exceptional taste. Every corner felt both luxurious and welcoming, from the fluffy bath linens to the perfectly curated art pieces. We especially appreciated the meticulous preparations：an abundant supply of firewood for the crackling hearth, premium coffee beans with a French press, and a kitchen better equipped than our own. The morning ritual of sipping freshly-brewed coffee on the driftwood balcony, watching fishing boats glide across the gilded waves, became our daily meditation. What truly sets this retreat apart are those human touches - the handwritten welcome note, the perfectly positioned reading lamps, the binoculars left for whale watching. Susanna and Age have mastered the art of invisible hospitality, providing everything one could desire while maintaining complete privacy. We departed already planning our return - this isn't just accommodation, but a masterclass in coastal living. Five stars feels inadequate for an experience that lingers in your senses long after checkout.

Preethi / Roger was very responsive to any needs or questions. The arrival instructions were clear and enabled us to access the apartment with ease. The apartment was also tastefully furnished with high tech appliances. The apartment looked just like the pictures. Bedding was very comfortable and there was cable tv to sweeten our stay.

Very pleasant owner of the house checked that everything was ok. A room with a bathroom at the same corridor both situated at street level of a nice family house. In going through private door from behind of the house. Parking nicely aprox 10 meters from the door. And a "piece de la resistance" a maqnificent mountain view at backyard. Recommended place.

It is a beautiful place to stay. You can tell they put a lot of love into the apartments. We stayed in an apartment in the second row. While you don't get the amazing lake view from your window, its only a few steps out of the door to look out from the dock. It was very warm and comfortable inside the cabins, it had everything we needed and it was very clean. The breakfast was delicious, though there was a smaller spread on our second day because of the low number of guests. Next to the reception there are 2 chargers for electric vehicles, more then enough in the winter but spots are limited if all cabins are full in the summer. Overall its an amazing place to spend your time, the staff is very accommodating and having northern lights both nights we stayed here made everything even more perfect.

The bedroom was really nice with an amazing view! It was all clean. The blinds keept the sun out pretty well The staff was just lovely! Since the sun was out all the time we kinda lost track of time and didn‘t realise that the bar was already closed when we got down. And even though the bar was already closed for an hour they still served us! Thanks again :) Since we were there befor high season we could park our car at a camping place and recharge it, which was really nice as well. Loved our stay there, would recommend.

I had a fantastic time in my cabin. The facilities at the campsite were in close proximity, always clean and tidy and fully equipped for cooking. The campsite is super close to a lovely hiking trial and in walking distance to the shop in Kabelvag. I did not have a car, but I managed very well without. The wifi was great in the cabin so I was able to even get some work done. If you are looking for a couple days of solitude and peace I can highly recommend this place!
