I tend to avoid vacations in Slovakia due to bad past experiences, but this stay pleasantly surprised me. The receptionist was amazing, exceptionally professional, and helpful. If I were the owner of the hotel, I would reward her generously because such excellent staff in hospitality is rare. The breakfast was delicious, with a decent selection, and the dinners served at the Kamzík restaurant were absolutely great. I also have to praise the restaurant staff for being very kind and attentive.

What a lovely place! The lady who manages this place is superb - very friendly and helpful, speaks good English. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. The location could not be better.

Comfortable modern well fitted out apartment. It is right next to the chairlifts so as we were there in summer we had complimentary access to the high mountains We saw deer grazing on the lawn in front of the hotel each evening

Everything!!!! The apparent was fully equipped with good taste The club room was grate The gym was wonderful The view from the apartment was a real paradise, the all mountain just in front of you. And a word about the hospitality- Miriam and the all crew, I salute you, thank you very much.

Very comfortable stay! Very clean, cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and more. We were pleasantly surprised. Also the check in process is super-easy. For hiking in Tatra mountains it's also a Great location - One of the trailheads start just across the road, while some others are easily reachable by a short drive. And of course, it's a fantastic feeling waking up with a View to the mountains.

Amazing location, close to bus station, railway station, cable cars, supermarket. Very clean, very warm, and cozy apartment. There is everything you can possibly need for a short or even a longer stay. Very welcoming and helpful personel. We were sent a very detailed instruction on how to get to the place and got help when we needed to get inside the next day (totally our fault) I will recommend this place 100% We enjoyed our stay very much
