The host was very kind and helpful, helped us understanding the main attractions and how to get there. Breakfast is super. You can choose from eggs, omlette, sausage, ham, cheese and they make it fresh. There is a shared kitchen you can use anytime to make coffee/tea.

I tend to avoid vacations in Slovakia due to bad past experiences, but this stay pleasantly surprised me. The receptionist was amazing, exceptionally professional, and helpful. If I were the owner of the hotel, I would reward her generously because such excellent staff in hospitality is rare. The breakfast was delicious, with a decent selection, and the dinners served at the Kamzík restaurant were absolutely great. I also have to praise the restaurant staff for being very kind and attentive.
