Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Good shower. Bright and airy public areas and excellent parking. Breakfast was typical of this type of hotel and pretty ok overall. Good coffee availability. Good standard of cleanliness. Location was good for us.

the Motel is family-owned and not part of a chain. I enjoyed talking with the owners. my mother-in-law grew up in Heber, she is 4th generation. she .(84 yrs) told me that Heber Inn has always been there. In the future, if I or my family stay in Heber it will be at Heber Inn.

The Zermatt has beautiful grounds, which include a carousel (WOW, right?), a pond and walking trail. The gym is AMAZING - lots of equipment, a sauna and a steam room. I didn't have the chance to check out the spa facilities, unfortunately. I think it was Heather, who kindly showed us around. There's also a small pool. Our bed was comfy, and I could easily have stayed longer.

Wonderful, nicely appointed, large 2 bed suites. Comfy beds and linens. Staff were exceptional and very professional.
