The Schlossalm ski lift is only a 7 minute walk from the Alpenhaus Gasteinertal and the Alpentherme Gastein can be reached within 250 meters. Our room offered magnificent mountain views that made every day special. We especially enjoyed the spa, with the saunas area standing out as wonderfully tranquil and relaxing. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk to the mountain lifts and very close to numerous hiking trails, which made exploring the outdoors effortless. Overall, it was an excellent stay combining comfort, relaxation, and easy access to nature.

We were 3 families staying for 12 days in total. We have enjoyed each minute spent in the hotel. The ambiance, the comfort, the view. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious. Plenty of activities for all ages (3 generations of our family). I would highly recommend free classic concerts in the concert hall of the neighboring Hotel Europa or on the nearby square.

Ski storage space is available on-site and skiing can be enjoyed within close proximity of the apartment. Everything was excelent. Two bedrooms apartment was spacious, clean and cozy. We could see mountains tops sovered by snow through the window and nice valey from the terrace.

We arrived 2h later than planned - due nice snowstorm.
