The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was cozy and spotless, with beautiful views of the countryside. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a diverse selection of delicious local dishes.

The area is popular for skiing and cycling, and bike hire is available at this 3-star guest house. Hiking, walking tours and pub crawls are possible within the area, and the guest house offers ski storage space. Lovely room, lovely breakfast, stunning location and Christian the owner was brilliant. We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect

Ski-to-door access, a ski pass sales point and ski storage space are all provided at the accommodation, and guests can go skiing in the surroundings. very good place, great value for money. location is near Drachental Wildschönau and is about 20-30 minutes drive from wergeld and main roads close to east side tirol attractions. very very nice place. I do recommend.

Ski storage space is available on-site and both skiing and hiking can be enjoyed within close proximity of the apartment. We were met by the host who is lovely, the apartment is spotless and really quite a good size with everything you need for your stay. The beds are super comfy and the shower is hot and powerful at all times and the apartment is always warm. Location is perfect for the village and everything is just a short stroll away with Car parking right outside. We would definitely stay there again

Guests can get to the Schatzbergbahn Ski Lift with the ski bus that stops 300 meter from the hotel every 15 minutes. The Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau Ski Area is a 3-minute drive away. Cross-country skiing, hiking and mountain biking paths lead directly from Alpenchalet Almrose. We had a lovely stay! Esther and Ron were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The apartment was newly refurbished and looked even nicer than in the pictures. We really enjoyed hanging out in the common room and playing pinball in the basement. We will gladly return for another stay!

Apparthotel Talhof, Restaurant, Pool und Spa is surrounded by green fields in summer and offers direct access to hiking and mountain bike trails. In winter, it is located directly at the ski slope and next to ski lifts, a ski school, a toboggan run, winter hiking trails, a cross-country ski run, and a stop of the free ski bus. Yes, This was a great hotel. We were given a bigger apartment than we booked. Spacious, clean, everything we needed was there. We will definitely come here again.
