Hotel Post Wrann is a traditional hotel with over 200 years of history right in the centre of Velden, only a few steps from the casino and Lake Wörthersee. Free WiFi is provided throughout the hotel.

Bicycles are provided free of charge. The hotel is excellent, beautifully furnished, exceptionally large rooms with a spacious bathroom and lovely balcony right in the heart of Velden. The spa is very nice and the breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options available. The restaurant is very good and we ate lunch and dinner there also and it was very good. We also took advantage of the free bicycle option and cycled all the way around Lake Worthersee, a very nice trip. Expensive but standard for the location. We didn't use the lake access but were given passes if we had wanted to do so.

The area is popular for hiking and skiing, and bike hire is available at this 4-star hotel. The villa is fantastic. The hosts are wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. We cycled around the Wörthersee, and this was a great place to relax.

The White House enjoys a quiet location in Lind ob Velden, 3 km from the shore of Lake Wörth and a 2-minute drive from Velden. The Gerlitzen Ski Area is 16 km away.

Be aware (if you plan to cycle around) there is a steep hill from Velden. The place was clean and well equipped. Overall we were super satisfied and we can recommend this accommodation.
