Several have a wood-paneled ceiling and solid wood ceiling beams. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. What a location. Directly view to the Matterhorn from our balcony. The hotel is at the edge of town closest to Matterhorn. Short walk to town. Big rooms bathtub with sky window. Best room I have ever stayed in. Room 402. The staff and facilities was great. Breakfast could be a little more upped but was fine. We loved it. Look at the photo from our balcony the day we arrived. Gondola station only 2 min away from the hotel. Stunned. Goosebumps. Wow.

It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. The staff and owners are customer service oriented and do everything they can for their customers The central location in Zermatt is perfect The breakfast was very good

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. The hotel is beautiful, really good

The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Room was spacious & clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Washing machine and drier (Self-help with reasonable cost) were readily available. Location was very good. Highly Recommeneded.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. Nice and cozy, comfortable, accessible, clean.

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The family room was exceptionally well-designed and fully equipped. It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

All winter sport facilities and cable cars can be reached easily on foot. You can rent or buy skis on site and tickets for the lifts and cable cars are sold at the front desk. The ski bus stops right in front of the Bristol hotel. The woman who checked us in could not have been more friendly and helpful. She was simply very wonderful. Regrets I do not remember her name. Each coming and going she was there with a smile. Answered all our questions. 5 stars! The breakfast was the best of all the hotels we stayed at during our 9 day journey- We stayed at a total of 4 hotels. The food was plentiful, well prepared and lots of options. We did have a very nice view of the Matterhorn, Room 502, I believe. The TV was on when we entered with a welcoming remark and then a video of a crackling fireplace. Perfect. Best of all was the employee at the check desk.

It is situated near the railway station/PTT, on the Bahnhofstrasse, which is an ideal starting point for all your business in the upper Valais region. Nice modern decor. Super clean, large and comfortable room with mountain view. Located just across Visp station, perfect base to explore the region. Great breakfast.

The Matterhorn Glacier Paradise Station and the Zermatt-Furi Ski Lift are 900 metres away. We loved the hotel, it's traditional design and the views from the room. The room was clean, comfortable & well maintained. We highly recommend the hotel which is also in a great location which is close to the train station & on the main street. The hotel staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was good.
