This guesthouse is located within the Wellness Hotel Spa area, giving guests access to all the hotel’s facilities. The hotel has a wonderful spa with a pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna and comfortable sun loungers outside. Every little detail has been thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests feel comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast was excellent – a combination of a buffet and freshly prepared dishes, with plenty of healthy options available. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the cable car station, so you don’t have to carry your luggage. The staff is very friendly, positive, and helpful. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

We loved everything about this hotel. Unfortunately we had a bad luck with the weather during our stay and we didn’t manage to enjoy the view which made us really really sad. But it’s no one’s fault obviously. The staff otherwise were welcoming, always smiling and very helpful. We loved our small room, the chalet cozy vibes as well as the delicious food. Also had so much fun with their baby goats. Wish I can come back one day to see the views too.

Appartements Hofquartier are located in Luzern, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the KKL culture and convention centre and a 5-minute walk from the old town. オーナーは働き者でとても親切。メッセージをするとすぐ返信が来ます。もしくは、すぐ部屋に来て直接対応してくれます。私たちのリクエストを全て受け入れてくれました、リクエストしなくても私たちの状況を見て、適切な提案をいくつもしてくれました。 インテリアはとても素敵で、全ての家具や調度品が部屋のカーテンやラグ、絵画とマッチしています。優雅な気持ちになれます。 キッチンの設備は完璧で、私たちは使いませんでしたが、私たちの部屋にはチーズフォンデュ用の鍋や、オーブン料理に対応する耐熱性など、どんな料理でも作ることができます。（※これはもしかしたらファミリールームだったので特に充実していたのかも。事前に問い合わせをしてください） ロケーションもとても良く、近くには有名な瀕死のライオン像や教会、湖、スーパー、駅へのバス停。どこにでもアクセスが簡単です。それでいて、アパートの周辺は静かです。 私たちは日本人で、サービスが整い過ぎた日本のホテルに慣れており、海外ではなかなか納得できるホテルを探すのが難しいですが、ここはそんな日本人でも満足出来ること間違いないです！今までで1番のアパートメントホテルでした。

The hosts Elisabeth and Felix were friendly and kind. We were treated with a complimentary bottle of Swiss wine upon arrival - delicious. They anticipated our every need. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It felt like home away from home. They were so considerate of my grandfather (88 years old) who travelled with me. We had a wonderful stay.

The BellaVista is located 400 metres above Lake Lucerne and 1 km from the centre of Emmetten. Free WiFi is provided. Property has an excellent location and amazing view on the lake. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with whatever a big family might need. We had the lower apartment, it was just perfect for us, The village is very quite and charming with its nature beauty. Monika and pietro

Close to the ski lift. The view is amazing. The landlord is really kind and helpful. He gave a good tip where to try a good “Schnitzel” Thank you!

The room is very spacious and clean, there is a balcony, sofa, and a spa bath. The pillow was too soft for me, but they have a pillow & duvet menu (yes, you read it right - PILLOW AND DUVET Menu!!), so you can request which pillow you preferred. Staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good. Highly recommend this accommodation!
