Great location and the apartment was excellent, everything you need including a washer/dryer and coffee machine. Great service as well, staff is super polite and attentive, going out of their way to help you with anything you need :)

All Rooms have balcony with a view. Some of the rooms have a direct view to Neuschwanstein castle. From the outside terrasse or in the large garden you have a beautiful view to the mountains and the castle. The hotel is new and very comfortable. Friendly staff helps to reserve Neuschwanstein tickets. Hotel also offers free snacks in the lobby. We enjoy the stay so much and would love to come back again.

Hospitality – Staff throughout the hotel—from check‑in to housekeeping—exceeded every expectation. Breakfast experience – A wide and tasty buffet, prompt service, with hot dishes prepared on request made for an energizing start to each day. Ideal for short stopovers – I originally planned this as a two‑night rest to avoid a long drive after a flight. While I didn’t have time for the spa, its generally praised 1,000 m² wellness area shows just how full a longer stay could be. Impeccable cleanliness – I hold very high standards for hygiene; the room and public areas surpassed them entirely.
