Beautiful rooms, amazing views , cleanliness in high quality and of course kind and friendly staff especially Lili and Aran - they are so nice and pleasant people! Thanks them for everything! The host picked us up from the airport and made us feel safe and at home straight away. The room was comfortable and clean, the view was lovely and from the rooftop it was amazing. The place is up on a hill so, there is lots of walking if you dont plan to take taxi or Bolt (which is very easy todo) but we liked the workout after eating all that delicious Georgian food.

Extremely clean bathrooms and beautiful kitchen. Staff made sure we have a full comfort after our long flight. As a former Tbilisi resident I can assure you that it is not worth looking anywhere else, but stay here. This is the best deal for the price too. There is no better location to stay in Tbilisi. You will be in the middle of the city center, and at the same time just a few steps away from the noisy background. A highly recommended stay!!

A quiet and peaceful place, opposite the house there is a beautiful park. There is no flow of tourists, you need to walk to the sights, but no more than 20-30 minutes. Most of attractions are no more than a kilometer away, the embankment and big shopping centre are also nearby. Great view from the terrace. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building, in the courtyard we were able to park a car for free. There was bottled water in the room, for which special thanks. And all things for living was there. In terms of price and quality, I think it is one of the best offers. We recommend. Among the features: the check-in is contact, through a polite relative of the hostess, we were met and escorted. The apartment is on the third floor with a small staircase leading to it.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with fresh bed linen and everything we needed for a cozy stay. The sofa could be easily made up, which was a great option for us. There were lots of thoughtful little things both in the bathroom and the kitchen - from toiletries to kitchen essentials, which made our stay feel very convenient and homely. The space is well-organized with plenty of tables and surfaces, perfect for working or relaxing. The view into the courtyard is incredibly beautiful - one of the most memorable things about the apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, with numerous cafes and shops literally right outside the door. The hosts and other residents were polite, friendly, and welcoming. We arrived late at night, and they were kind enough to meet us at a time that worked best for us, show us everything, and make us feel at home. This place will be treasured in our memories because it is where we stayed in Georgia when we got married:) Overall, we would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

The place is warm and really spacious. It even has a large kitchen. The design is a bit unusual, but nice. Wi-fi is fast. You have enough plugs in the room which is also important. Very welcoming owners.
