We had some questions and he came within minutes to help us. Property's location is amazing and the drive to the property is even better. We enjoyed the sauna as well. We were travelling in a group of 7 including kids and each one of us wanted to stay for longer.

Beds were comfortable and facilities were clean. We didn’t use the showers since we went to the hot springs before.

Good breakfast but you have to pay for it separately the room was big and nicely decorated If you come, highly recommend the kiosk for a good drink and treat (added picture below-it is a separate place)

Seydisfjordur Public Swimming Pool is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Stafdal Valley Ski Centre is 9 km away. The upgraded us as there weren't many tourists during the off season. We were even warned that there a no open restaurants beforehand so we could prepare. Our Keycode allowed us to enter a seperate vuilding with a small little honesty bar and snacks. All in all a lovely old hotel with really nice rooms and extremely pleasent hosts - would love to come back during the summer.
