The room we were originally in did not have functioning AC. The onsite staff member (Victoria) was quick to move us into a new room to ensure we were comfortable for the remainder of our stay. She was very pleasant and helpful. After our stay, we required a detailed invoice and the owner of the villa was kind a d quick to answer our request. The facility itself was beautiful, comfortable and clean. There was lots to do within the grounds and a decent breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!

The apartment is perfectly located for your Etna hike, 20 minutes outside Catania. The family who owns the property is very friendly and helped us with finding an amazing restaurant. Our daughters spent loads of time sitting in the garden just soaking in the peacefulness next to the very clean, well-maintained pool (which I definitely took advantage of after the long Mt. Etna hike!) that had nice chairs and umbrellas as well. Our unit was on the second floor and had huge front and back patios! Loved having the washing machine and this was a great location to visit Mt. Etna (if you walk to the top of the property you can see it!) Bedroom itself was a little tight with the queen and one twin, and the other the twin bed was actually in the kitchen but my daughter didn't care. Host was lovely and responsive - she made sure to greet us as well as bid us farewell, and of course got us anything that needed restocking straight away. She truly cares about your experience and maintains a beautiful property!

We had an fantastic stay at Mauros Home Bed and Relax. The owner Mauro and his wife were amazing and took great care of us. Mauro arrange for us to go on a fantastic wine tasting, helped us to find the best restaurants in the village and took us for an amazing tour around Etna in his jeep. The place is very clean and the breakfast was great. The pool was excellent and had an amazing view over the wineyards. We couldn't asked for a better stay!

The view of Etna is spectacular, as well as the Ionian Sea. The breakfast was delicious and offered many options. I can't wait to return!
