The breakfast included was delicious!

Situated in the town of Poprad and the Aquacity Poprad reachable within a 5-minute walk, Boutique Hotel Villa ZAUBER offers accommodation in modern rooms, High Tatras views, a breakfast-restaurant, free WiFi available in all areas and private parking possible on site for a fee. Very nice and cozy little hotel. We booked a 2 room 4 bed apartman. Parking with the car is also nice and easy. Placed within 10 min walking distance to the shoping/food street and Forum mall. Also the historic city center is within 15mins walk. The mountains / lake are within 20-25 minutes car ride.

Other facilities offered at the property include ski storage. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including skiing, cycling and hiking. The property also offers free parking. We stayed 4 nights in room 21 in the old building. We could see the mountains and the ski slopes bathed in the sunrise light from the window. The guesthouse is wonderfully located and offers everything you need for an exceptional stay.

Staff are very knowledgable and polite. It is really easy to get to beautiful places from here. The room is well equipped.

Horský Hotel Popradské Pleso is a good starting point to go hiking and take part in guided alpine hikes to Gerlach or Vysoka, as well as join mountain climbing tours in the High Tatras. Location is excellent, because many long hiking routes start from Popradske pleso, and if you don't want to walk in the morning extra 4km from parking to the start - staying in this hotel is perfect option. We had double room with a lake view and big private bathroom. They serve breakfast from 6:00 and breakfast is very rich, they serve even prosecco! In the evening restaurant and bar are open until 21 and 22, you can seat in common rooms, everything is very cosy! If you want to start your hike earlier, you can ask "grab and go" breakfast.
