Everything. The hospitality was everywhere on every step from the first day, from the check in till check out. Superb quality of the accommodation and of Housekeeping, excellent quality of the staff, wonderful quality of the food. It's a beautiful resort, a pleasure for the eye to arrive to, to be welcomed at. A joy to walk around. Very well maintained and looked after. The staff in general is marvelous: attentive, discreet. Front house and behind the scenes. The grilled fresh fish in Aquario was fantastic as were the hot a la carte breakfast dishes. Thank you Joanna for welcoming us so warmly. Hotel is as it appered to me almost new . We were with one baby they provided baby cot. Room was with sea view and view is amazing . Iftar offer in room you get a lot of food for low price for UAE . Personel of hotel very polite , resposive and very helpfull. Beach is clean , sea is also very nice pool and sunbeds circle are super if you have baby also we noticed that the hotel is more for families and relax ans thats what we searched for . There was nothing we noticed that was bad at all. Nelson was very polite and helpfull.
